Registration process not working

I have my calendar with my events ready to go, except when I run a test registration, it takes me to a page with TWO blocks to ‘verify’ registration (which will confuse the customers – this is problem 1). Then, when I click on either box, it takes me to a page with ALL of my events listed. (problem 2)

I am using the Groupon plugin, but that doesn’t seem to make a difference either way.

The test calendar can be seen here:

http://defensiveshootinginstructors.com/espresso-test-page/

Also, I cannot get my calendar to just show ONE month, it always shows a month and an extra week or so. (problem 3, not so important)

Any help is appreciated, thanks and happy holidays.

Hi Mark,

I checked your calendar which wasnt showing. I would advise you to update the core Event Espresso plugin and the calendar plugin. You are using Jquery 1.8.3 which is fine but the version of the calendar you are using doesnt support that version of jquery (it only works with an older jquery). Updating will resolve that.

You are also running 2 calendars which is never advisable as they often conflict.

I had a look at the other event pages but cant see what you are describing.

So I am running the updates.

The other problems occur when I go to register. If you put in fake information, you will see what I mean.

The second calendar will come down as soon as I am ready to launch this new one, but with many active students, I need to have something up for now.

Thanks for your help and happy holidays!

So I have updated and now my calendar will not show up at all. I have added and unadded the ([RAW]) information that I originally had there so that it would show up, and still no avail.

I’d like to say I am happy with Event Espresso, but getting it up and running has been more than a challenge.

Hi there,

I went to check the registration page that you linked in order to help out. Are you aware that Chrome is blocking access to that page due to suspected malware? This may even be causing other problems on your site, so I highly recommend deactivating all plugins, checking the theme code for changes that were recently made (not by you). You may also need to re-install a fresh copy of WordPress.
