Hi! We had someone register for an event and select the “invoice” option. When they received the confirmation email and clicked the link to make a payment, the credit card form seems to have a code error. We do have Paypal Pro.

Hi, the form styling appears to be partially broken.
Could you share a link to an active event on your site so we can take a look?

Sure. It doesn’t happen when you simply register for an event. Only when you select the invoice option and then click on the payment option within the confirmation email.
If you want to test it, go to this redacted – Event Espresso support team -LOC and register for the poker tournament with a “testing” name and select invoice so you will get the email I’m referring to.

Could you temporarily deactivate other plugins and then re-test and let us know if this happens?

Ok, just gave that a try and it is still showing the same error with the first text box.
