Hi! We had someone register for an event and select the “invoice” option. When they received the confirmation email and clicked the link to make a payment, the credit card form seems to have a code error. We do have Paypal Pro.
Sure. It doesn’t happen when you simply register for an event. Only when you select the invoice option and then click on the payment option within the confirmation email.
If you want to test it, go to this redacted – Event Espresso support team -LOC and register for the poker tournament with a “testing” name and select invoice so you will get the email I’m referring to.
Thanks, I was able to duplicate this issue and I’ve shared your notes along with mine in a bug report. I’ll update this support post once I have more information.
