I was wondering if it was possible to alter the payments for a registration on the backend? Example being for some reason we had a member not able to access member pricing tickets, so they went through and purchased a non-member ticket which has a cost of $100 more then the member ticket.. They paid using the Stripe payment unfortunately since if it was by cheque it would be an easy fix.. My question is if there was a way to alter that registration by the $100 and have the $100 automatically reverted back to the card used in the purchase? Or is that something you aren’t apart of but would be done through Stripe?

You can use the attendee mover add-on to change the transaction amount. You’ll note that you won’t actually be moving the attendee to another event, but actually move the attendee to another ticket that has the correct price. Then, you can issue a partial refund via Stripe by following this guide:
