We put tickets on sale 2 weeks ago and things worked fine. Today we had a client tell us they were trying to purchase tickets and after filling in details on the registration details page and then clicking on the purchase button, the page refreshes, deletes all the entered information, but stays on the same page. So the client has to enter all the information again. The were unable to get to the purchase page.
Also, when we set the tickets up it had the check box ‘check this box to copy attendee #1 information to other attendees’. That check box has disappeared for some reason and I don’t know how to get it back.
Ok, there’s a JS error being thrown on the page, which is then preventing any other JavaScript from running.
I can see you have the autoptimze plugin installed and it’s known to cause issues with JS, can you clear the cache and temporarily disable the autoptimze caching? Let me know when and I’ll take another look with that plugin disabled.
