I have created an event for one of my clients. They have a lot of ticket options. When the user clicks register, instead of opening the check out page, the current page just refreshes. Another event I created for them works just fine so I’m not sure what’s causing the problem. I tried duplicating the event and the new version worked temporarily then started exhibiting the same problem. I also tried manually re-creating all the details of the event and once again, it worked temporarily, for about a day, but now it’s doing the same thing. Please assist. I’m not sure what is causing this issue.

Hi,
I checked the site in question and there appears to be a redirect set up for the URL /event/golf-and-tennis-classic/ that redirects to/golf-tennis-classic-registration/. The trouble with that redirect is the form action URL is actually /event/golf-and-tennis-classic/, so when the form is submitted it will just redirect to the same page you are on at that moment.
What you could do is remove the redirect, and change the event slug setting in Event Espresso > Events > Templates so the slug is another string other than event.
