When a user clicks the Register button to sign up for a course, they go to the Registration page but all we see is the shortcode [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT]. When I look at General Settings, it shows that my critical pages are all OK (page status OK and shortcode OK). What is missing? Thanks!

Hi there,
For some reason the shortcode is not being parsed.
The easiest way to fix that is to delete the current checkcout page you are using (be sure to perm delete it from the trash) and then recreate the same page using the shortcode one again.
Then within General Settings -> Critical Pages make sure the correct page is selected again and just save the settings.
The shortcode should then work as expected.
