Registration Page missing words "Submit"

At the bottom of the registration page, the applicant only sees “return to event cart” on the bottom left and a white line on the bottom right. The white line is missing the words “submit” or something similar. Clicking on the white line allows the applicant to submit the registration. How can I add the words “submit” so it shows for the applicant?

Hi there,

Can you link me to an event I can use to view this?

Can’t seem to add the link. Try pasting this:

Hi there,

The checkout process is linked to your current active session, so when I click on the above all I see is ‘nothing in your event queue’.

If you can you link me to the first step of your registration (the event itself) and let me know what to click to reproduce, I’ll take a look 🙂

I’m getting numerous phone calls about my website not working. Now it shows up to 3 attendees required in order to complete the registration. It should only be 1 attendee. This just started happening last night. And on my “CCW Permit Modification” link, it says there are no dates available regardless of the fact that I have classes scheduled out to February.: https://lltraining.com/ca-ccw-courses-riverside-and-san-diego-counties/

OK, so the problem with the cart button is some custom CSS setting all buttons to use a font size of 1px.

You can fix that using something like this:

.spco-next-step-btn {
    font-size: initial;
}

Add that to Appearance -> Customizae -> Additional CSS.

Now it shows up to 3 attendees required in order to complete the registration.

Where are you seeing this?

On this page? https://lltraining.com/events/ca-ccw-permit-modification-3/

It shows your tickets as available for me, where do you see no dates available, please?

Do I just paste this into the text box and publish? This won’t affect the other buttons?

Yes, if you already have CSS in that section, add a new line to the bottom and add it there:

https://monosnap.com/file/4CRTUqtypEjyGzVJbtfkZ7grpsovUk

This won’t affect the other buttons?

It specifically targets the Event Espresso ‘next’ buttons on the checkout and sets the font size to be the default size, so it should not affect the other buttons.

When I select “CCW Initial” and add qty 1 to my cart, then go to “proceed to registration” I see required information for “Attendee 1”, “Attendee 2”, etc. It used to only allow one person to register.

I am seeing the same thing when I select ” CCW Renewal” as well.

It worked! Many, many thanks!

Now all the dates are showing as normal!! It’s like someone is messing with my site…

Ok, so your using the multi-event registration add-on and requesting registration questions for additional registrants. What you currently see is expected when using that add-on with that set up, so before moving forward may I ask how you want the registrations to work?

Should it allow for one person to select multiple dates (tickets) in the cart, ask for one sec of attendee details and then proceed through?

Now all the dates are showing as normal!! It’s like someone is messing with my site…

Just to clarify here, we (EventEspresso.com) don’t have any access to your site, we are not (and can not) change how things are displaying on the site itself from our side.
