Hello,
Yesterday, our visitors began having issues with registering for all of our events. After completing the form and clicking “Register”, they get a pop up that says “this field is required” for every mandatory field, despite the fact that the fields are populated. No other errors are noted.
I replicated the issue myself. If I refresh the page and re-try the form, it works.
I searched the support forum and noticed a similar issue from a couple of years ago. I tried the remedies previously noted – cleared cache on the site, cleared cloudflare cache, cleared my browser cache… no luck.
One thing of note – earlier that day we also had an ssl issue on the page and had to renew our certificates.
Any ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
