Hi,
We are having issues with people trying to register for one of our events:
https://lacphoto.org/events/exposure-weekend-2023/
People are receiving an error message.
“An Error has Occurred. Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations. This can sometimes happen if too much time has been taken to complete the registration process. Please return to the Even List and reselect your tickets. If the problem continues, please contact the site administrator.”
Can you please help with this?

Hi Brandon,
The above issue is not happening when I try to test a registration?
Do you have any caching plugins enabled?
Any server-side cache enabled?
Which host are you using?

Actually, scratch that, it is happening for me on the next step.

Problem resolved.
The developer said that there was a problem where the site wasn’t properly saving the session data, which means that it wasn’t remembering what happened between different steps of the ordering process. Our site was trying to save the session data to a PHP 7.2 folder, however our site is running PHP 7.3 so it caused a problem.

Have you recently updated from PHP7.2 then?
Just asking because it’s odd for that to happen all of a sudden.
