The page https://www.eretailersummit.com/events/home-improvement-eretailer-summit-2018/ is throwing this error when I try to register for a ticket.

..Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 196608 bytes) in /home/eretailer2016/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/form_display.php on line 848

does event espresso use GRAVITY FORMS? The 2017 event uses gravity forms as the registration form for the event, but I was changing the process for the 2018 event to use event esspresso…..are the plugins incompatible?
thanks!

Hi there,

does event espresso use GRAVITY FORMS?

No, Event Espresso does not use Graviry Forms, however Gravity Forms may still be running in the background.

The error message shows you site is running out of memory, 67108864 bytes is roughly 64MB which is fairly low and I would recommend increasing the value to at least 96MB.

You can do that by following the steps here:

https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

In sort adding define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M' ); to your sites wp-config.php file somewhere above the line that shows:

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
