We have been using EE4 for almost a year. Suddenly, when I follow the Registrations link to view all registrations, all I get is a completely empty page. If I go to a particular user’s account and click on a registration there, I can view the details of that single registration. The actual registration process seems to be working fine as well. We are just unable to view all the registrations. Does anyone have an idea what the cause of this might be?
