Registration Page Broken Unless Logged Into WordPress

I’m using the “smoothness” Themeroller style to display a list of events on one of my pages. The list seems to display as it should but when you click on the register button to begin registering for the event, the registration form displays on a blank page with no formatting.

When I’m logged into WordPress, though, the registration form displays just fine. What might the issue be?

Wordpress version: 3.6
EE version: 3.1.34 (experiencing same problem with previous version too)
Add-ons: Ticketing add-on only
Registration Page link: my site is in a password protected development environment. I’ll give the credentials to a moderator but that’s it.

Is the page published? I think that usually happens if the page is a draft.

It sounds like it may be that the reCaptcha settings have been turned on, but the API keys are not valid or haven’t been entered in the fields that appear below the reCaptcha option in Event Espresso>General settings.

When you’re logged into the site reCaptcha doesn’t get loaded, so all would appear to be normal.
