Registration page blank

/registration-checkout/ and /registration-checkout/checkout/ were showing blank pages, I then pressed edit and updated each page and they both show just the shortcode now. All critical pages are fine and the pages are excluded from cached. Verified not a caching issue in staging install.

I’ve also put the [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] shortcode in a new page and published the page to no avail.

There should be 1 page with [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] used on your site.

/registration-checkout/ what shortcode is in use here?

/registration-checkout/checkout/ looks like [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] was used here?

If you enable WP_DEBUG and view the /registration-checkout/ page does it show any error messages?

WP_Debug activated, no error shown

Hi there,

May I ask which pages have the [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] short code on them? Along with that, which page is set to be the main checkout page in the Event Espresso > General Settings > Critical pages options page?

Hey Josh,

the shortcode was on /registration-checkout/ and /registration-checkout/checkout/ I removed it from /registration-checkout/checkout/ and the issue seems to be resolved, thanks. The critical page for checkout is /registration-checkout/

Is /registration-checkout/checkout/ a default EE page? It is currently a subpage of /registration-checkout/ . I inquired whether it was a page my developer added but he is unable to recall, if it is not a default page I will remove it to avoid confusion.

Thanks!

/registration-checkout/ is the default page.

/registration-checkout/checkout/ appears to have been added by your developer.

[ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] should only be used on a single page, and that page set as the checkout page within the critical pages Josh mentioned above.
