Registration page

Hi-
Why do both of these boxes appear? It seems confusing to have them both on the same page. Is there a way to work it so the user only has one “confirm registration” button to click?

Hi,

Please can you clarify which boxes you are referring to?

Also, please either disable the reCAPTCHA option or add an API key (General Settings), it is stopping the registration page from loading.
