OK, this may be a new one for you guys. Have had a couple of people try to register for a free event and have a problem. They fill out the form, his submit and the browser just sits there. Does not change to the confirmation page, does not go to a blank screen. Just does nothing. We get nothing in the back end. Both of these people are attempting registration in a doctor’s office/medical environment.
What I am wondering is this — because of the environment and the way medical networks have to be configured because of HIIPA laws, could the network be refusing to send the info because it is not over a secure connection (https)?
First thing I would look at is the javascript, is their any errors?
It is possible that the network could block the sending of the info, but surely there would be some error/log regarding it. If you take the payment gateways for example, if there is a mix of secure/insecure data the browser normally gets confused and fails to load everything and throws an error up.
