Registration Notification – Inconsistent

For EE3. Registration notifications are inconsistent. Sometimes we receive an email when a new person registers and other times we do not. If the person completes payment, we almost always receive notification plus a payment confirmation email from Paypal. However, if a registrant submits their personal info and does NOT complete payment, we are only notified some of the times. The problem is, they show up in the attendee list and take up spots in the class, but we aren’t aware unless we proactively check on a daily basis.

In general settings “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” is set to “YES.”

We use a mailchimp add-on which is supposed to email us with new registrant info. Mailchimp doesn’t log these missing registrations at all.
