Hello,
Is there we can add the description in the questions/answers in the registration notification?
The form we just added have checkmark and the values are long sentence. So I put them as description. But when we get notification, we need the value and the description.
Is this possible?

Is there a way I can edit the value after creating it? It seems greyed out.

Hi there,
Currently, we don’t have a shortcode to pull in the answer descriptions so this isn’t possible as it stands without custom development.

After a description has been created, yes, but not after the question has registrations assigned to it as then you would be changing the value previously selected by other users.

Right now the value is “1,2,3,4” for each because they are checkboxes and each has statements in which they would a agree if they check. Once we get the notification, the answer is 1,2,3,4 which is weird without a description of each statements. Anyway, Im going to do it put a title for each value next to the number.
For example: 1. I certify and understand all the terms and conditions, 2. I certify and understand all the terms and conditions, 3. I certify and understand all the terms and conditions –
That way I wont get only the number in the email.
