Customers using cell phones are getting the message “Oops! That page can’t be found” when they click “Register Now” after choosing the number of tickets to purchase. This is not happening to customers accessing the site from PCs.

Hi there,
Try resetting the Permalink settings with your WordPress Settings > Permalinks page. Just visit the page, then press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
If that doesn’t work, then can you please share a link to the events page so I can take a look? You can share the link privately if you want.
