Hi,

When a user tries to register for an event it doesn’t work. We get an error every time.

Hi there,

It looks like your website is hosted on Godaddy Managed Hosting. We can go in and disable the cache, that’s what causing the registration data to get deleted and then return an error like what you saw.

Actually, you know what? The FTP connection keeps timing out. Are you able to connect to the website’s files by using FTP? If so, this is how to disable the cache:

We were able to FTP in with success today, and we were able to delete the object-cache.php file.

If things all of a sudden stop working again in the future, you can remove the object-cache.php file again by following the above guide.

Also, if you want to use a cache replacement, we recommend the WP Super Cache plugin.
