I am on EE4, and all my software is up to date.
My team has recently told me that about 5 registrations have not made it into Infusionsoft. Meaning that the registration occurs in EE4, and I can see it there, but the invoice does not get created in INFS, nor goes the tagging occur which is what kicks off our automated campaigns for the fulfillment of the classes we offer.
I am not sure why this is happening, so any guidance would be appreciated. If this requires a support ticket so somebody can professionally take a look, let me know and I’ll get that process started.
You could check the server’s error logs for errors at the times when those registrations were made.
