Hi, one of our members is registered for a published event and it’s not appearing in their [ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS] shortcode list. I can see their registration is marked “Approved” and the registration has a valid and completed Transaction. When viewing the Transaction, I can see the correct user and event information in the “Attendees Registered in This Transaction” meta box.
Is there anything that might be preventing the registration from showing up in the shortcode output? The shortcode works fine for other members as far as we can see.
The site is still running Event Espresso 4.10.46.p and the WP Users extension is at version 2.0.19.p — we haven’t had time to upgrade to v5 — so let me know if the above issue is solved in v5.

Probably the user was created before the WP user integration was setup. Can we look on it?

You also mention your on Event Espresso 4.10.46.p, what is holding you from updating to the latest version?
