Registration Multi-Status Summary

I need to activate this template type as I typically have one Primary Registrant (A parent) signing up their kids for soccer. I need to be able to show the primary registrant in an email what kids they have signed up. I get the correct summary for the admin email (i.e. the summary of who’s been registered), but the Primary Registrant still gets the default email that goes out under normal “REgistration Confirmation”. I want to suppress that email, and send out the one specified under the Registration Multi-Status Summary…. thoughts?

Are your registrations currently triggering that email Registration Multi-Status Summary template?

The ‘Registration Multi-Status Summary’ message type is used when a group registration consists of multiple registrations that have different statuses

For example if 1 of the registrations is Approved, another Pending Payment and finally another Not Approved (its easier to do this if you are using Multi Event Registrations) and is un-needed to simply list out the registrations.

Does the Primary Registration email not include all of the information for the registration? It uses the [ATTENDEE_LIST] shortcode which should loop over all registrations in the group and output the details.

Exactly. It doesn’t.

The Primary Registrant email is actually not being sent. The “Registrant” email is, and only shows primary information. The good news is, the Admin email includes everything I want. When I try to update either email to include a link to the receipt (or anything else it seems), the result is the email doesn’t send anymore…

I turned off the Multi-Status messages as they weren’t doing anything i realized (and based on your description above).

That should not happen, are you using the shortcodes to add additional details?

Ok, so your using the Registration Approved message with the default contexts active.

Can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on to view this please?

Please email me so I can set you up with an account to look at this. Managed to use the payment notification and modify it to include a link to the receipt, which works as well, but not ideal.
