Registration Missing From an Event

Hi guys,
My website customer received the email notifications for a registration and payment details from their customer however, the registration does not show up in Event Espresso for that event. Any ideas?

Hi Wayne,

Did the registrant (the person registering onto the event) register for multiple events or just just one?

Do you have a copy of the Registration Approved email they were sent?
