Registration Key

Ok so I bought the plugin and installed in on my live site with the registration key. I soon realized that I do not want to test it on my live site, so I put up another wordpress site on the same URL in a different folder. Now the registration key works nowhere and I do not want to pay for another one because it will ultimately be on my 1 final site. What should I do?
