There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 4.1.8.reg. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.
I get the above msg when I try to update to the new version. I went to my account page and used the key exactly as it is shown.
I had to completely reinstall my WordPress because of an unrelated issue. But I installed it at the same domain as the domain shown for the key. Did that somehow break my ability to update?
That may have caused an issue. Either way, I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
Otherwise we might have to reassign you another license key or find out if there are issues protecting your website and EventEspresso.com from communicating with each other.
