Registration issues

The plugin was working well. No issues with my current event registrations until this last week. I have updated, troubleshot, etc and not seeing where the problem is coming from. The plugin is not allowing people registering to enter any information at all. It started at the beginning of the week not allowing people to redirect to payment now it won’t accept any information for registration.
