REgistration is failing

When people try to purchase a ticket, they get this message:

Nothing in your event Queue you need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

I put selected one ticket, clicked “register” and it doesn’t take me to my registration pages. Help—why is my event espresso being so finicky??

Hi Cara,

It’s not actually a case of Event Espresso being finicky, what’s actually happening is the server-side caching on your Godaddy hosted web site’s server is deleting the ticket selection data. Event Espresso cannot process a registration after that data was deleted.

You can follow this guide to deactivate the Godaddy caching feature:
