I have a registrant that filled out registration along with an “additional attendee ticket”, but no payment was made. I had to change the price of the ticket for that event. Upon sending him an invoice I noticed that the total amount owing does not reflect the correct amount that the price was updated to. I was forced to adjust the ticket price so that the amount owed was the actual amount owed. Is there something that is causing the system not to add correctly?? I also have a hand full of people that are registering but not paying. I’m hoping something isn’t wrong… I’m going to have to reach out to some of them personally to see why they filled out registration but did not pay.
If a price gets changed for an event, the existing registration amount due does not automatically update. These can be updated by changing the amount owed amount in the edit attendee payment page.
With the handful of people registering but not paying, this can happen if they register, but they abandon the site before paying. It’s up to you on how you’d like to handle these.
