We are unsure about what happened to the form. It worked fine until 10/10. Then it broke. We checked for other plugin updates on that date or knowing conflicts with some plugins, but nothing seems to be conflicting.
After filling in the form, click on the PROCEED TO PAYMENT OPTIONS BUTTON, we get an error that says:
This registration step cannot be completed. Please refresh the page and try again
it can be checked here: https://beckyspetcare.com/events/pet-cpr-first-aid-single-session-november-4/
Any insights into what should I check? I’m new to your plugin

Hi,
I checked your site and this is the error in the console:

It appears that the registration-checkout page is being redirected to http://beckyspetcare.com/registration-checkout/ (see how it’s http: instead of https)? That’s basically causing the errors.
If you have an SSL plugin activated, please check its settings to make sure it allows the front end of the site to load as https. We recommend the Really Simple SSL plugin because it’s maintained and easy to set up.
