We have a meeting coming up and some of the vital custom questions are missing from the csv export. Is there a known bug here? It is happening on more than one event.
Some questions are there but the column head is mislabeled this is workable except on the questions that are simple yes or no questions.

Hi Chris,
What version of Event Espresso are you using for your project and were the questions originally enabled for a question group and then unchecked so they would no longer appear on the registration form?

Hi Lorenzo,
When I posted we were using 4.8.43 now I’ve upgraded to 4.9 We’re getting the same results. We have two question groups both enabled from the start. One question group is coming through the second question group is missing a question and the one question it is showing has the wrong table heading.
It is happening in multiple events. This is clean install of EE4 and not an upgrade from EE3 if that matters. Our version of WP is up to date as well.

Hi Chris,
You shared that one of the questions had the wrong label so I’m curious to find out if one of the existing system questions was repurposed. If so, then that information is being collected but would appear elsewhere in the registration CSV report.
Could you go to Event Espresso –> Registration Forms.
Now look for screen options in the top right and click on it. By default, it will be set to a value like 10. Increase it to 50 and then save changes.
Then could you capture a screenshot of the questions overview screen?

That led me to find what the issue was. The person creating the questions was using the Admin Label as a kind of makeshift category. So there were questions that had identical Admin Labels. Changing one of these seems to have resolved the issue for that question.
