Registration Form – Question – Multi Select option

We’re having this issue where the items in the Multi Select (Question Type) un-selects as soon as you click out of the box. However, it seems to work fine when you select a single item, but we want to be able to select more than one item. We have this question set up as ‘Required Question’ as well.

Hi there,

You’ll need to use the checkbox question type instead. The Multi Select question type got added in but isn’t really ready for production use.
