Registration form errors- sign up form not working

Hi-

I was getting complaints from my customers about errors they received when they attempted to register.

I went and checked it out myself at one of the many registration points on the site:

http://gdiusa.us/services-2/camps-clinics/2014-regional-development-camp-rdc-york/

After filling out the form and pressing submit, I got some strange errors, the most persistent of which seemed to be:

“An error has occured: unable to save registration form data for the form input “17” with the submitted value “””

Form input 17 is “Age” which I set to a non-required value and which, even when filled in, still returns this error.

Please help, customers are not able to use the form as it is now.

Hi Ryan,

I’ve just placed a registration onto the event you linked without any problem.

It looks like you have updated the Age question with a new question. Was the original ‘Age’ question assigned to multiple question groups?
