Registration Form doesn't appear after creating template files

I have added registration_page.php and registration_page_display.php to the wp-contentuploadsespressotemplates directory as per the documentation. However, now the the Registration Form doesn’t appear…

Interestingly, the form appears if I remove the registration_page.php from the directory.

Any advice would be appreciated.
