Registration form broken

Hi,

When delegates are trying to register for our events, they fill in the attendee information on the form, and click continue. However, now the page will not progress. They are simply getting a cog animation, and then are returned to the top of the page, not the payment options page as they should be.

This has happened a few times at the Final stage (while on the payments page) but never on the attendee page. About two weeks ago, DEBUG showed it may have been a memory issue, and it was resolved, but nothing has been changed to the site since then except an EE update.

here is an event, so you can try yourself: https://www.pai.ie/events/certificate-in-human-resource-management/

Event espresso on my dashboard is telling me that the registrations failed, and no information was recorded.

Hi there,

Can you check to see if this happens if the theme is set to be the default WordPress theme and no other plugins are activated?

I didn’t make the website, and I’m not sure how to revert it to the wordpress theme. I have disabled all the plugins and the issue is persisting. Our website is live, and we’re loosing business because of this.

You can temporarily change the WordPress theme by installing the theme test drive plugin. Once it’s installed, it will add a new option to the WordPress Appearance menu where you as the site admin can select a theme to test drive.
