September 13, 2023 at 11:16 am Hi there. We’ve got fields added to a registration form that people are filling out, but when we run the Registration CSV report the data isn’t exporting. There are columns in the csv for it, but they are empty. Where can we look? Thank you |
|
Are you running the All Registrations report or for a specific event? In order for the data to be included in the csv report: Can you confirm those things, and possibly send me screenshots of those pages? If that’s all configured correctly you could update to the latest versions. Then if that doesn’t work we could take a look. |

What is the process you are using to export the data (what flow in Event Espresso)? Also, do you have a screenshot of the csv report data/columns? |
|
Flow: I’ve added screen shots to the shared folder. Export1 – Export 4 are the spreadsheet (its wide, so 4 screenshots for the whole thing). |

Just to clarify, the extra fields we’re looking for from the question group are address fields. You can see them in the bottom of the screenshot of the example-reg. |

Did check this on the latest version of EE and everything is fine. Your site EE is version”:”4.10.45.p”. We could suspect that this could be some problem with older version, conflict with some scripts in WP and many possible reason. But what stopping you on upgrading to our latest version? thanks |

Hi there. Registrations are the heart of this site, so we are very careful about the event system updates. That being said, I made a local copy and updated the event system there to Version 5.0.10.p. I get the same results when I export though, none of the added fields are exporting. Simon |

Can we have a copy of it too? so we can test it on our end? You can send private reply. Thanks. |
|
Yes – a copy of the site, or of the spreadsheet? |

September 21, 2023 at 12:22 pm Hi there, I think it would be better if I could look at the site itself for this. Everything above looks correct, so I don’t think having the CSV itself will help much here and I’d like to review the event/questions to see if anything stands out. If that’s ok please send the credentials requested on this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ — Have you ever had any custom code added to the site to change the CSV report values/order? |
|
How about if I send you an archive version of the updated site (wpress or similar file)? There is custom code in the site, but I don’t see anything related to the exports. Thank you |
|
Sure, I’ll give it a go. For the custom code I’d be looking for something hooking into:
