We would like to use the tool to make registrations for a soccer tournament. How can we add additional fields for the registration (e.g. team name, location and names of the players in the team)? Also, we would display the registered teams publicly on a page.
In short go to the above section and in the ‘Questions’ header, add your additional questions.
Then in the ‘Question Groups’ tab add another group, for your example, something like ‘Team Information’ will likely be best and add the questions you just added into that group.
Then add that ‘Team information’ onto the question groups requested on the event:
