On nassh2017.org the registration fields for personal information are present but not clearly outlined. I am using conference-pro theme and event espresso decaf. I am not sure how to get these boxes outlined so people can see them like they are in the address information. Is there a way to fix this since I am not very advanced with code.

Hi there,
Try this CSS for changing the styling:
#spco-attendee_information-dv input[type="text"] { border-style: solid }
If your theme has a Custom CSS area built-in, then you can add it there through your WP dashboard.
Otherwise, you could use a free plugin that adds an additional stylesheet to your WordPress site such as Simple Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder.

Wow, thanks. That was a super easy fix. I just copy and pasted this css code into the WordPress ->appearance ->css and it was fixed!
Easy as that.
