Registration Fields Not Appearing

Hi there,

Using EE4 and having some challenges around user registration.

Under Event Expresso -> Registration Form -> Registration Page URL
Seems regardless of what I set it to (or leave it blank) the page doesn’t show the additional EE questions.

I’ve tried deactivating any plugins that might be in conflict as well as changing the theme to twentysixteen.

Is there a shortcode I should be including in the registration page?
