Registration failing due to spam issue?

I had a registrant attempt to register 3 times and it is showing her as an incomplete registration that is failing and she said that she is having an issue and that it is saying it is a SPAM issue?

I don’t even know where to look to see what the error or issue is but I do see that there are 4 incomplete registrations.

Hi,

They’re correct, it’s related to spam protection: Your site doesn’t have a valid key to use reCAPTCHA.

You’ll either need to deactivate reCAPTCHA (in Event Espresso Registration Form > Settings) or get a valid key and input it into the settings there.
