Hello Team,
It seems that our registration CSV report is not performing its action. For example – when we head over to see all the registration for the venue and choose to extract the information in CSV, it just loads the webpage in CSV and does not perform any downloadable action for the extracted information it ends up as a webpage (basically converting the extracted info into a webpage) Can you please let us know on how we can solve this issue?

Hi there,
This is usually due to an incorrect MIME type set up on the server, in short the server is sending the CSV HTML/TEXT so the browser simply displays it.
If you open a ticket with your host and ask them to add this mime type to the server:
application/ms-excel .csv
Or this may also work:
text/csv csv;
Does the file then download?
