I have customers that would try to register for our 2nd event, but the event would give an error after the person enters the information and registers.
Below are some images that these customers have sent me.
I didn’t have this problem before, I suspect it’s the iTheme Security plugin I’ve installed after my first event, that may be causing this problem but I’m not sure.
Generally that issue is as a result of cached pages. If you have a cache plugin or the server has server level cache (you may need to speak to the host about that), then you will need to white list EE pages.
Barring caching, the only other times we have seen this is when another plugin or the theme is clashing with EE.
As the issue is seemingly intermittent it may be hard to diagnose.
I ran a test on your site and saw no issues, nor can I see anything obvious that may be causing this.
From the users affected, is there any sort of connection? E..g they all used Internet Explorer, or all selected the same ticket type from an event, etc.
Hi there Clifford, I had a question about this comment:

Were they able to register for an earlier event and are now experiencing issues with this new event or are these registrations one after another (e.g. register for event 1 and then go back and register for event 2).
Thanks
