Registration Error, First name required

We have been using Event Espresso without error for 5 months now. Two weeks ago we started receiving complaints that users could not register due to an error of first name required upon submission. Even though the first name had been entered.

I have updated to the most recent EE4. I can not replicate the error. But our users are getting upset as I can not find how to fix it!

I can provide access to our site. Your help in getting this fixed is appreciated.

Has anyone reported the error since them moment that you updated to Event Espresso 4.9.38.p?

I just updated this morning. No registrations as of today. Any idea what would be causing this issue?

It’s quite likely the issue that was fixed in Event Espresso 4.9.24.p, it’s the first bug fix listed in the changelog for that version:
