We are receiving an error message on a registration form which states that the required fields are empty when all have been completed.

I tried creating a new event and I received the same error. You can see the 2 Nurses Challenge events further down on this page: http://www.cynergycrossfit.com/foundations-registration/
We do have other events listed that are not experiencing issues, so I’m not sure why this is happening…

Hi,
I think the issue might be because you have the “Participant’s Full Name (This serves as your agreement to the Waiver.)*” question twice on the registration form. Can you please remove one and try again?
