Registration error after updating EE and ticketing

Having a problem with registration now after applying the latest EE and ticketing updates. Now, when registering and hitting the submit button, you are taken to a blank page with a small box at the top with a thin line and rounded corners. Nothing else. And the registration information is not recorded in the back end. Ideas?

Just noticed that the page you are taken to is the “Event Registration” page, which I think is the list of events? Is that right?

Hi Tony,

When you go through the registration process, it dynamically changes the Event Registration page on each step, so it does more than list the events. Can you try deactivating and reactivating the plugin?

If that does not make a difference, can you check for any template files from a previous version in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates?
