Hi. Your help please. Confirmation emails for my events are sending. I looked at the forums, change the short code to [co_email] in the from field, changed the email settings to: Send Messages On the Same request. Still not working. When I go into the template and I send a test message, it works. When I register for the event, it doesn’t and when I try to resend the message for a registrant it fails. This is the error I receive:

No message was sent because of problems with sending. Either all the messages you selected were not a sendable message, they were ALREADY sent on a different scheduled task, or there was an error. If there was an error, you can look at the messages in the message activity list table for any error messages.
I ran a test registration on one of your events (the above is no loner available or publish privately so we can’t access it) and the emails are being received, however they are being marked as spam – http://take.ms/6Hx8Y
Your currently using your hosts mail server which is likely the cause, I would recommend using a transactional email service as they are much more reliable:
Most of the services linked on that page have a free tier available but it does depend on the amount of emails you send each month.
