Using: Event Espresso 4 Core Regular v4.9.2.p Using EE 4 Personal Licence, dashboard configured correctly with five events that are live. Tried every variation and have not customised code. Test emails work but the key default inbox isn’t receiving the confirmation booking email. We are currently running WP Bank Mail after trying a variety of plugins to process the SMTP. Test emails from all tried plugins have proved successful. Primary Contact Email is set to be events@westlondonteachingalliance.com (working email account) configured in Hosting dashboard. If we use events@westlondonteachingalliance.com as registrant email (in frontend form) EE sends emails to events@westlondonteachingalliance.com. Can you please advise why the emails are not arriving in the inbox of events@westlondonteachingalliance.com (or any other email we have tested gmail, and other email server) THE MAJOR ISSUE IS THAT EE DOESN’T SEND ANY EMAILS TO ADMINISTRATORS. Can you please help in finding a solution to this? 2nd issue: Registrations are successfully being registered but are prevented from being downloaded as a CSV file. [Error – to long to post] Thank you |
Can you check the message templates for the emails that are not sending and see what’s in the To: field for those? You might try changing the contents of the To: fields to be: |

Did you check the Message Activity table to see if the messages were generated? |

Fixed – Thank you Josh. The other thing is this: 2nd issue: |
