hi, i’m having problems with the ‘approved registration’ emails.
to some users they are showing up blank.
i reset the template, now they are showing up with loads of css code at the top of the email.
does anyone know why this is happening?
Usually when this happens it is due to the emails being marked as spam via either your mail sever, or the receiving server.
Usually we recommend using a transaction email service such as Mandrill, this basically removes your email server from the equation and sends you email from Mandrill. Its free for up to 12 thousand emails per month.
