registration email uses same name for all registrants

I am testing a new event. The registration pending payment default email lists the name of the prinary registrant twice even tho I have a second registrant with their own name and email. The reg code is different but the name is the same. How do I fix this so all the registrants, there could be up to 5, have their names listed.

Note that the same thing happens on the Thank You page.
It lists the primary registrant twice but does not list the secondary registrant

Hi there,

Event Espresso creates registrants using the 3 system questions in the ‘Personal Information’ question group, those are First Name, Last Name and Email,

You currently have your events set up to use the ‘Personal Information’ system question group (which you have named ‘Primary Registrant’) for the primary registrant only and have then created custom questions (and a group) for ‘Additional Registrants’.

Event Espresso will not create registrants from your custom questions as they could be intended for any purpose, you need to use the Personal Info group (renaming it is fine, but you need to use the 3 system questions in that group for each registrant).

So instead of a ‘Primary Registrant’ question group, you need to set that group us a ‘Registrant’ or ‘Attendee’ group and ask it for both the Primary Registant and the Additional Registrant. You can then use an additional question group(s) on the primary (and/or additional) registrant to collect any additional details you need for that specific registrant type.

I can break this down further for specific you need to move around if needed?
