Some of my registration email confirmation short codes are not working, specifically, [location] and google map link. I have it set up as follows:
This is an automated response – Do Not Reply

Do you have the location information filled out in the venue manager -or- is the location info filled out in the event editor? The reason I ask is it can make a difference which email shortcodes are used depending on whether the Venue manager is enabled or not.

Hi Josh
I have the information filled out in Venue Manager – and then in the Event Editor I’m choosing the venue from the drop-down option under Advanced Options.

Instead of the location shortcodes, try [venue_title] , [venue_address] , and [venue_phone] .
With the google map link shortcode, what URL is displayed for the google map link in the email?
